Review for HP OfficeJet 7310 30PPM 4800DPI:
People have complained regarding software. I have not had a problem as I use the basic software drivers downloaded from the HP website. These are small and do not harm the PC in anyway.
Thanks.

Review for HP OfficeJet 7310 30PPM 4800DPI:
Great printer
Hi, I have had this printer since 2005 and I must say it is great. I have had no problems with it and use it for personal and company usage.People have complained regarding software. I have not had a problem as I use the basic software drivers downloaded from the HP website. These are small and do not harm the PC in anyway.
Thanks.

mightily disappointed
I had toyed with the idea of buying a laser printer, but in the end was attracted by the many functions of this one. The experience so far has not been a happy one. First, the printer (delivered by Ink Fuzion) arrived late. Then I was dismayed to discover that the cartridge was not included, as advertised. I call Ink Fusion and they tell me that the cartridge provided does only a few pages anyway, but this was not the point: according to the printer's material, this cartridge"is specially formulated to mix with the ink in the print head assembly at first-time setup" (from the set-up manual). InkFusion tells me that there is no point asking HP to send me the original cartridge, but I can buy a full set from them, £47.5 pounds, which I do it. They promised next day delivery, but it has been taking more than a week. They have been sending the ink in three separate shipments, and the last one has not arrived yet. To this day (22/09/2007) the printer is not in working condition (the order was made on the 13th of August).Back to the printer: it requires attaching a cable to the phone socket. Of course, the place where I decided to put the printer is too far from the phone socket, so I had to buy an extra cable to connect the printer to the phone. In conclusion, I am mightily disappointed. I leave it to you to draw the obvious conclusions (`avoid this printer, avoid this seller!').
