If your looking for a printer for Home use...then this is the printer to buy...I've had it for quite some time and together with its 'All-in-One' capabilities, speed and efficiency...this product has been wonders to use...and is very easy to use, (print, fax, scan, copy)

A printer that won't load paper?

From the day I bought my C5180 wouldn't print until you'd fed the paper at least 3 times.
I contacted the email support"team" - they emailed me a nonsense 5 step (1 hour check) to troubleshoot the problem.
As far as I can gather it is due to poor design; on the support website it actually states"there must be between 10 and 25 sheets of paper in the tray" to avoid this problem. GREAT I have a 100 sheet printer that is actually a 15 sheet printer.
Customer support offered to collect my new and defective printer and replace it with an old refurbished one.
No thanks; I'll have my money back and buy a Canon!

A GOOD PDA

I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS ONLY IF YOUR GOOD WITH PC'S, I USE IT FOR BYKI PDA VERSION. I SPENT A COUPLE OF HOURS PROGRAMING AND INSTALLING AND LEARNING HOW TO USE. PDA VERSION HAS RECOGNIZE IT, MULTIPLE CHOICE RECOGNIZE IT, PRODUCE IT, MULTIPLE CHOICE PRODUCE IT AND REVIEW IT. THE FLIP CARDS CAN DISPLAY BOTH PICTURE AND SOUND + YOU CAN VIEW THE LISTS, IN LIST VIEW. YOU NEED TO RUN IT WITH A SD MEMORY CARD, KEEP ALL YOUR LIST INSTALL ON THIS DON'T USE THE BYKI SOFTWARE TO INSTALL THE LISTS, SO FIRST GET YOUR LISTS FROM YOUR MAIN PC TO A USB PEN OR DESKTOP FOLDER THEN TO THE MEMORY CARD IN THE POCKET PC. ONCE YOU DOWNLOAD THE BYKI PDA SOFTWARE FROM THERE WEBSITE IT SHOULD COPY INTO YOUR TRANSPARENT BYKI FOLDER ON YOUR MAIN c: HOME PC. THEN YOU NEED TO LOCATE Before You Know It 3.6 Pocket PC Extension FOLDER AND COPY IT TO YOUR PDA ETHER NEXT TO WINDOWS OR PROGRAM FOLDER. THEN INSTALL PUT YOUR MEMORY CARD WITH YOUR LISTS IN, AFTER INSTALLATION YOU MY NEED TO RESTART THE PDA TO UPDATE THE SYSTERM.
YOU SHOULD THEN HAVE A BYKI ICON IN YOUR START MENU. ITS A GREAT TOOL TO WORK WITH. ON PDA click Start > Settings > Connections.
Click or tap USB to PC. Clear the Enable advanced network functionality check box IF YOU FIND YOU CAN'T CONNECT PDA TO THE PC. JUST TELLING YOU THESE THINGS SO IT WON'T TAKE YOU SO LONG TO GET IT UP AND RUNNING. HAVE FUN

Works well but no advantage over a Smartphone

I have been using a PDA of some kind for at least 12 years but it is now a dying product. The bottom line is that the IPAQ 214 offers no significant computing advantages over my 3 year old O2 XDA II Smartphone. I have also found that because PDAs are getting less support from the manufacturers I have had problems in getting accessories such as extra stylus pens. Having said this, after a few months use it has worked fine with no need to reset as yet. My only negative comment is that it feels quite delicate in construction and that it would break if dropped (as opposed to my O2 XDA that is built like a tank).

The bottom line is that I can't really recommend PDAs any longer because some of the Smartphone are as good as PDAs, if not better. But if you really want to buy one then this is a good and reasonably priced model.

HP RIP OFF MLS (HP 22 COLOUR)

I have seen the review by another Amazon user.The 5ml content of genuine
HP cartridges is abismal but i have found excellent compatible cartridges @

These cartridges contain approx 3 times the amount of ink and are cheaper
than the HP version. Most important they work very well and there is no
difference in quality from the original.

I ordered one black 21 and one colour 22 and received them next day with free postage

Inflated HP prices and poor ml content

I have been using a company called Advantage online for many years. The compatible cartridges they sell are much better value with free delivery. Their HP 15 contains 46ml of ink instead of the HP 25ml. Their HP78 contains 45ml of ink instead of the HP 19ml. They are also substantially cheaper. You do the maths! More to the point they work very reliably

Great picture quality, fast and quiet.

I'd owned an HP inkjet for about 8 years which had provided fantastic service, and although not actually dead was suffering from creaking old age. As it had been so reliable I was keen to buy another HP.

Although this is quite a large printer, it's clever design means it can sit on a bookshelf (the paper tray juts out) as the paper is fed in and out through the front.

Set up was simple and straight forward. Print quality is excellent and on normal mode with ordinary paper photographs are surprisingly crisp with good colour. Print speed seems fast compared with my old printer and it is quite quiet. It has a mode to make it even quieter but I have not needed to use this feature.

Printing 200 copies I had a minor paper feed problem, time will tell if this is an issue. I am conecting it via the USB and running Windows XP Home. After two months I am extreemly pleased with this printer which just sits on my bookcase doing its job quietly and efficiently. Unlike my Magicolour 2350 EN colour laser which is a beast.

HP media drive 160gb

Excellent product by HP. very sleek and easy to use and store all your data from computer. Connecting it to the computer itself installs all the necessary stuff and you can get going within few minutes. HP povides the covering case to store the media drive and the usb cord which was very handy.
Light weight and easy to carry.
